Put an image on a plate?
I make a plate for my mother and I sanded, carved my message, placed on mineral spirits, and colorful. It is now time to put a picture on it ... how do I do? I was thinking just stick down and then put polyurethane on it?? Please, any suggestions on how to paste, then how to protect it.
Thin some white glue or Elmers school with water, paint on the back of the picture and paste it down. Smooth with a damp sponge to remove bubbles. let dry completely enclosed with a brush on glossy or matte or sealer.
