Probiotics establish intestinal flora permenantly?
I plan to use probiotics for a month or two, to establish bacterial flora in my system. I suspect that harmful bacteria in my gut would be accumulated in my blood. What I would ask is to establish probiotic intestinal flora permanently after a few months of use, or do they need to be used regularly? Are there If harmful bacteria in the defeat of the body of beneficial bacteria and self-destruction? I mean when I place the natural flora of the body would destroy the flora even if harmful bacteria are stronger? Or 1-2 months of consumption of probiotics to get rid of everything that is used an antibiotic?
Sugars and other carbohydrates concentrate (which the body turns into sugar) feed harmful bacteria, while lowering system immune, partly destroying the beneficial bacteria. So, no, you can not permanently ** * establish a colony of beneficial bacteria no matter what happens. Antibiotics, and stress also destroy the beneficial bacteria.
