Does anyone know if the wheel bicycle Fixed Gear can work on road bikes for?
Im want to buy a gear set for the style, but I adapted to a motorcycle Im wondering if I can still use it. Or is only for fixed gears bikes fixed gear?
One thing to consider is the distance between the outside of the cons-nuts. Traditional fixed-wheel bikes have this size 120mm. If your frame has this dimension there, allowing chain line, a fixed wheel will be adapted to your machine. If the frame is made of steel half Decent drop back can be adjusted to cold. Make sure the dropouts are square. Speaking of drop, you'll need at least twice vertical drop, so that adjustments can be made chain. Traditional fixed-wheel bike lanes have ends that are "horizontal" dropouts. You can not use a chain tensioner with a fixed wheel bike. You'll also need a single chain ring.
