Help with this ear problem extending PLEASE?

Well not really a problem, but I will stretch up to a 6mm tunnel silicone case there are flared as I want, but I have some questions, well it is that they are burned, and thats not good for new sections, but I thought that if I squish em down, I get in (im getting candles too) and also silicone case - Ive heard mixed reactions about it. The way I see is that if they can put implants silicone case within the body then can they really be harmful? Is it porous? if so, why do they use in Silicon implants?

The silicone implants they use is medical grade and subject (can not remember what the stuff is called for now, but it contains silicone so it does not pass through the body) when placed in the body. Silicone injected directly into the body is toxic and can cause cancer. There are also problems when silicone implants break and leak into the body. Silicone is not good for tender for a number of reasons. It is porous, so can introduce bacteria into your fresh stretch. It also tends to be rather sticky when worn over a day or two, causing the skin to get the first touch. It also dries the skin and needs constant care and rubs oil. None of these things are good for drilling costs. The double push on the silicone plugs is not really a big problem because it is flexible and, as you said, you can the squish. The only acceptable to the sections are free pyrex, quartz, implant grade stainless steel and titanium. Organic N for fresh sections or, for many of the same reasons as silicone. Personally, I would never wear silicone in a piercing, and even a well healed, it just causes too many questions.
