Should I clubs mens clubs or ladies?

When I bought my old clubs many years ago, the guy at the shop Golf watched me hit a little and told me I should get clubs.So men than I did. I'm 5'3 ", and clubs that I bought have not been too long for me. I hit a ball long enough (My tee shots are generally in the range 225-250). But now I'm almost 60 years, and I want to know the difference in flex, Ladies v. mens clubs. Also, I saw "senior" flex. My question is the second course, tonight, and I would have combined the two issues. You thank you to everyone who responds.

I have heard good things about graphite shafts for older. It's supposed to help give you more distance than would a steel shaft to give the same swing speed. Stiff are for people who swing very quickly or violently. I would not worry too much about this they get a club regular flex. It does sound like you too need help with your distance if youre tee 225-250. Maybe you should buy what you're used to. I bought graphite shafts and hybrid irons 3-4-5-6-they take some for get used to it. If you use a regular steel shaft clubs men Flex, I would buy a steel shaft new, regular-flex, men's clubs.
