Modern Large
Why should modern PC, a large memory capacity of hard disk?
The operating systems themselves are so important now. Windows Vista Home takes a minimum of 10 GB and Windows Ultimate takes 20 GB. Service packs least take 7GB and two service packs are released. This makes a total 22 GB one for the operating system, on average! It is more important than some hard drives seven years ago. ** Phocion, not completely true. Vista is inefficient, with about 60 threads running and 300 processes. But XP has been very successful, with about 25 processes and 100 threads. Windows 2000, ME, 98, 95 followed a similar line, stating that every new operating system has doubled the number of running processes. However, Vista has become bloated and Windows 7, it follows closer to XP.
