How to train to be a running back?
I am a boy of 15 years entering my second year of college. I am 6'0 and 150 lbs. I'm fairly quick and good in the sprint. I do not want to play for my school, because our race was really good back and has already been found. I have to go to a college town and want to play football there. Any advice or suggetions foe how to train and get good?
Eh Well, you start running a few miles per day to use for the race and then you should also do about 100 push-ups and 300-500 sit-ups to get good abs and arm muscles, you must also run as many hills as you can until your dead tired, this way you will have the muscles very strong legs. Finally, you should start getting use to the hand-offs and learn football plays regularly running. If you do this, you must be and in great shape and should be ready for a running-back
