Style Pendant Watch
How do you create your own style on a budget?
I really love the stuff at forever 21 and I'm interested in maturing my style. Currently all I wear is jeans and tank tops with the occasional skirt which gets boring. I really love brighter colors, pretty skirts, big leather purses/totebags and pendant watches. My problem is that I love the sorta girly, secret garden type of clothes, but also bright colors and stilettos. I not only know how to fit the two different styles together but I'm also on a budget. I don't get that much money as allowance so I can't shop at forever21 like i'd like to.
Suggestions?
Also: I pretty much hate t-shirts. You get even the slightest bit sweaty and it shows. So either tank top like things or bigger t-shirts that don't touch your armpits as much 
Gabriel Brothers has lots of discounted clothing, and it's clothing of all types. Rue 21 is really, really cheap. I once got a nice pair of skinny jeans for $15. They have pretty cute clothing and you can do a lot of mixing and matching with their clothes. Charlotte Russe usually has sale racks in the back and you can find amazingly cheap tops and bottoms which are supposedly "out of style" but personally i think it still looks in style (and trust me, i <3 fashion). well, most of the stuff is in style anyways. WetSeal has cheap clothing also- they have a sale rack at the back. They also have cheap jewelry. Also, shop mostly when stores have sales and when you have coupons so that you can buy more. Be sure to save up and have a spree on Black Friday! =)
