Display Vibrating
Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010Samsung Tocco Screem Problem: phone lights up but no display on the screen?
When the phone lights, you can tell it works because it vibrates, then when it loads you can use if you know where the keys are on the screen, but all the way through this screen is empty. I slept in a tent last night, so do what you think could be wet and that if I dry it will work again? This is not a problem with the phone, only the screen. I also did a little research and I discovered that other people had this problem too. Please help, I rely on my phone to stay in touch with my aunt.
It looks like water damage. If you remove the battery, you'll see a tab near the white gold plates, if it is discolored, usually green / blue / gray, it is water damaged. If you can not see, take in your store Local phone and get them to do a test. It is definitely either water damaged or there is a manufacturing defect with the phone.
