Want to find a really good pocket watch..?

I want to get a really good pocket watch as a gift. Price unlimited. Sterling silver or titanium. Skeleton watches preferred. If you could give me a lead on the best makers of/ or if you own one that you love I would very much appreciate the help! I know nothing about this stuff Thanks!
