Where can I find good clothes for a steampunk outfit?

I was surfing the net for a new pocket watch a while back and came across some information on steampunk fashion. Having always had an interest in the Victorian era and the industrial revolution as well as being someone that likes to tinker around with things, the style caught my attention immediately. I'm having a hard time finding Victorian era styled clothing though and was hoping someone might know where to find some. Also, while I'm aware replica and period-style clothing is typically more expensive than normal clothes, I'm on a bit of a budget so if it's not too horribly expensive that would be great too.

You'd probably have some luck looking around at consignment shops and vintage stores for miscellaneous things, and they probably have some stores online for that kind of style. And, I'm assuming most 'steampunks' make a lot of their own stuff, which kind of adds to the 'feel'.
